This bank differs from the bank in New Lenox in that it was built in a prairie style model. The extremely large overhangs were difficult to do because most normal overhangs are two to three feet while these were 10 to 12 feet. The site contained existing buildings that had to be removed. The basement facilities are fully finished with community rooms, kitchens and bathrooms. There is a high level of finishes throughout. The bank contains about half of its square footage for retail space, which George Allen Construction completed major portions of. The bank complex also has extensive landscaping.
