Our Lady of the Ridge is architecturally significant because there are no interior columns in this octagon shaped worship space. It is yet another example of a beautifully constructed church by George Allen Construction Co. The engineering of the structure is fairly complex because it uses cables and turn buckles that are self-supporting without the use of columns. There is a cross that complements the open octagon shaped high ceiling in the center of the space that acts as a visually appealing focal point. Our Lady of the Ridge is another beautifully designed John Voosen worship space.
