Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor pre-construction and estimating teams, ensuring efficient service delivery and enhanced performance.
- Oversee and review final bidding processes, subcontractor and supplier pricing, and proposals for negotiated and hard-bid projects.
- Collaborate with the estimating team on final estimates, budgets, and value engineering efforts, creating detailed cost models, budgets, spending forecasts, and schedules.
- Generate competitive proposals for GMP contracts and present information effectively to subcontractors and team
